Agreement In Nihongo

Many international companies have sought business opportunities in the Japanese market and the number of opportunities to enter into contracts with Japanese counterparties has increased. While these contracts range from complex investment contracts to simple employment contracts, they are often subject to Japanese laws. There are also cases where international start-ups are invited by Japanese business partners to enter into a contract written only in Japanese. In these situations, contracts executed in the absence of appropriate legal advice carry a higher risk of future litigation with Japanese counterparties. Ikuta Sogo Legal Office is able to provide legal services to international companies, including drafting, translation, legal control and negotiation of such contracts.
